Missed Appointment Fees
Due to the high volume of patients wishing to become patients, we have assigned a $25 charge for missing appointments without a 24 hour notification.
Payment of the fee is required for scheduling of subsequent appointments. Missing three appointments will result in recommendation to another provider.
